This role focuses on accurately measuring, preparing material lists, and performing flawless installations of replacement windows, doors, and shutters. The ideal candidate combines craftsmanship, precision, and a strong customer-focused mindset to deliver exceptional results on every project.Job Responsibilities: Accurately measure windows, doors, and shutters to generate detailed material lists. Perform installations with precision, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a positive customer experience. Apply knowledge of home construction, including finished carpentry, to support installation projects. Adhere to company safety standards and best practices.Qualifications: 3+ years of experience installing replacement windows, doors, and hurricane shutters. Proficient in taking precise measurements and creating accurate material lists. Strong craftsmanship with a keen eye for detail and quality. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
