The Catering Coordinator is responsible for receiving, prioritizing, executing, and delivering the World's Greatest Hot Sandwich and other menu items to our guests in a courteous, safe and timely manner through catering and delivery, in addition to growing the catering and delivery business. The Catering Coordinator must be comfortable working in a team environment where he or she ensure the needs of our guests are the number one priority so that we may deliver an exceptional dining experience. Essential Functions Statement(s) * Coordinate the management and execution of all catering and delivery orders * Confirm and prioritize catering orders to ensure that all items are prepared accurately and on a timely basis * Work in conjunction with MOD to organize and execute delivery schedule for daily catering orders * Partner with the corporate sales and marketing department to identify targets and goals * Provide above average customer service and product to new and existing customers including referrals * Drive catering sales and delivery business by cold calling, utilizing business lists, and Inside and Outside Sales presentations * Appropriately follow-up with guests to ensure needs and expectations are being exceeded * Ensures catering information is accurately displayed and stocked in the restaurant at all times
