This individual will contribute across several critical functions and will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate team player that can effectively manage multiple tasks. Principal Responsibilities:Support development and maintenance of forecasts across international markets, incorporating POS trends, regional planning inputs, and sell-through analysisHelp to validate production requests, ensuring alignment with forecasted demand and minimizing aged inventory riskCompare forecasts to actual orders and shipments, tracking against internal targets and regional commitments & needsContribute to international brand planning by providing data-backed insightsAssist with the international forecasting upload process and maintain monthly short-term and long-term shipping forecastsAnalyze item-level performance utilizing sales trends and recommend adjustments for current and future seasons by regionMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Economics, Mathematics or related field2 - 3 years of experience in forecasting and planningKnowledge of global logistics and inventory management preferredStrong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasetsStrong work ethic, high level of motivation, willingness to learn quickly.Ability to demonstrate competent self-reliance and resourcefulness.High energy level, enterprising spiritAbility to multi-task while delivering accurate results.Proactive and able to anticipate and solve problems.Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookAbility to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.
