Safety Manager

Position SummaryACE is seeking a Safety Manager to lead and elevate our safety program across all active projects. In construction, safety isn't a priority - it's a standard. This role is responsible for driving a culture where every employee and trade partner goes home safe, every day.The Safety Manager partners closely with project leadership and field teams to ensure compliance, reduce risk, and continuously improve how we plan and execute work safely.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and promote a proactive, safety-first culture across all projectsConduct routine jobsite safety inspections and auditsEnsure compliance with OSHA and all federal, state, and local regulationsProvide safety preplanning for upcoming work and high-risk activitiesTrain crews on safe work practices and company safety standardsInvestigate accidents and near-misses; identify root causes and implement corrective actionsCollaborate with Superintendents and Project Managers to develop safer work methodsEvaluate and monitor subcontractor safety performanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field and 5+ years of construction safety experienceOR equivalent field experience in commercial construction safetyStrong working knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety best practices required.Leadership Expectations at ACEBuild strong, accountable teamsCommunicate clearly and lead by exampleTake ownership of resultsAct with integrity and professionalismFoster trust with employees, trade partners, and clientsWork EnvironmentRemote-based role with frequent visits to active construction sites.
