You will partner closely with executive leadership to execute talent strategies that enable UCT's growth, enhance organizational capability, and ensure we attract and retain top talent across all regions. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of scaling global TA functions, leading through complexity, and driving transformation in high-growth, fast-paced environments.Key Responsibilities:Global LeadershipLead and coach a high-performing global TA organization, continuing to mature and elevate team capability, while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across regions.Enterprise Talent StrategyRefine and execute a global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment to UCT's evolving business priorities, workforce plans, and long-term growth objectives.Executive & Strategic HiringPartner with executive leadership to drive critical leadership hiring, ensuring the organization secures top-tier talent for key strategic roles across the organization.Stakeholder PartnershipAct as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team (ELT), business leaders, and HR partners, aligning talent strategies with business needs and driving proactive workforce planning.Employer Brand & Market PositioningEnhance and scale UCT's global employer brand, ensuring a compelling and differentiated value proposition that attracts top-tier talent in competitive markets.Diversity, Equity & InclusionAdvance inclusive hiring strategies globally, ensuring equitable processes and advancing UCT's commitment to diversity across all levels of the organization.Metrics, Insights & Workforce AnalyticsElevate the use of data, metrics, and insights to drive performance, improve predictability, and inform strategic decision-making.Operational Excellence & TransformationOptimize and standardize TA processes, systems, and tools globally, driving efficiency, scalability, and a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.Vendor & Partner StrategyManage and optimize global agency, master vendor programs, and partner relationships to ensure consistent quality delivery, cost efficiency, and alignment with business needs.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:12+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including significant leadership experience within global, matrixed organizations.Proven success scaling and leading global TA functions in high-growth, complex environments, preferably within manufacturing or semiconductor industriesStrong experience partnering with and presenting to executive leadership, with a proven ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements and support transformation initiatives.Deep understanding of global labor markets, talent trends, and regional complexities.Strong track record of leading large, distributed teams across multiple geographies.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.Ultra Clean Technology is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
