Facilities ManagerSt. Paul, MN | Direct Hire | $100,000 - $120,000 + Bonus | On-SiteKonik is partnering with a growing global manufacturing organization seeking to add a Facilities Manager to support operations at its St. Paul area production campus. This role will oversee day-to-day facility operations while supporting infrastructure upgrades, renovation projects, and long-term facility planning.The Facilities Manager will collaborate with operations, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure reliable performance of building systems within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role combines hands-on facilities leadership with project involvement, supporting critical infrastructure systems such as HVAC, building management systems, utilities, and water systems while contributing to facility expansion initiatives.Facilities Manager ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operation and reliability of facility infrastructure including HVAC, utilities, purified water systems, compressed air, and building management systemsTroubleshoot complex facility and mechanical system issues in a regulated manufacturing environmentCoordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams during installation, maintenance, and qualification of facility systemsSupport facility renovation, expansion, and infrastructure improvement projectsDevelop project specifications, cost estimates, and project proposals for facility upgrades and improvementsMaintain documentation required for regulated manufacturing environments including change controls, procedures, and validation documentationSupport quality and risk management processes including CAPA, FMEA, and related documentation activitiesFacilities Manager Qualifications5+ years of facilities, utilities, or mechanical systems experienceExperience working in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or similar manufacturing industriesFamiliarity with cGMP or other regulated manufacturing environmentsExperience with building management systems, facility automation platforms, coordinating facility construction, installation, or renovation projectsProficiency with CAD / AutoCAD for facility layouts and documentationStrong technical writing and documentation skills for SOPs, change controls, and validation activitiesAbility to manage contractors, vendors, and cross-functional internal teamsMechanical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or related technical degree preferredAdditional Role DetailsOn-site position supporting a multi-building production campusFacility supports approximately 200 employees across several buildingsRole includes supervision of 2-3 direct reports and oversight of contracted facility servicesOpportunity to support upcoming facility renovation and expansion initiativesCompensation & BenefitsBase salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 DOEPerformance-based bonus programMedical, dental, and vision coverage (majority employer paid)Comprehensive benefits packageBenefits begin the first of the month following hireBe the first to learn about future positions by joining our Newsletter and following us on LinkedIn!Konik is an equal opportunity employer.
