Payroll and Benefits Manager opportunity within Financial Services. 4 days NYC.This role is with a repeat client in the family office space. Up to $200K+bonus.About Our ClientThis is a repeat client of ours within the financial services space. They operate globally and have a phenomenal, people-first culture, and strong cross-functional partnership between functions. This role will be 4 days onsite in Manhattan and up to $200K + bonus.Job DescriptionOwn end-to-end Workday payroll administrationManage US and Global (in collaboration with vendors abroad) payroll.Process exempt & non-exempt payroll, including overtimeLead bonus payroll and year-end processesHandle unvested compensation, sign-on payments, and other complex pay elementsSupport payroll tax activities and ensure compliance with federal, state, and international regulationsOversee qualifying life events and employee benefits changes in WorkdayLead Open Enrollment, handle invoicing, and broker communicationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
