What You'll Do * This role includes various responsibilities, but your primary objective is to build an effective sales team and increase sales. * Collaborate with sales and marketing staff to develop and execute sales and marketing plans. * Establish/Follow systems, policies, and procedures to drive continual improvement of key functional business areas. * Oversee the Operations Manager to ensure profitability and high customer satisfaction scores. * Responsible for employee development, accountability, and corrective action programs. * Drive communication upward through weekly/monthly reports of all functional areas for executive review. * Review financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement. What We're Looking For * We're looking for a high-energy Head Coach who can drive performance and push our Norristown and Allentown, PA teams to the next level. * A degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred but not required. * Candidates must have prior experience in sales, business management, or a closely related field. * Demonstrated ability to lead by example to motivate, develop and direct people. * Ability to assess the performance of self, employees, and franchise to make improvements or take corrective action. * Strong decision-making ability.
