This role supports project teams in design development, presentation drawings, and documentation using Revit, SketchUp, and graphic software. You will collaborate with Principals, Senior Designers, and project teams across all project phases.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & DocumentationGenerate and organize design ideas using CAD (Revit, SketchUp) and graphic softwareProduce designs, working drawings, schedules, details, and presentation materialsAssist with project goals, plan layout, materials, and color selectionsRevise and modify documents based on red lines and mark-upsCoordination & CollaborationCoordinate with outside parties and integrate information into project documentsAssemble and coordinate drawings into cohesive schematic document setsPrepare design documents for submission to owners, contractors, and AHJResearch & DevelopmentResearch zoning codes, building codes, and environmental regulationsGain knowledge of entitlement processes and local design guidelinesAssist with site visits, as-builts, and code research as neededQualificationsRequiredDegree in Architecture from an accredited institution or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in a professional architecture officeMulti-family and mixed-use architecture experienceProficient in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, time management, and organizational skillsPreferredExperience with CAD and EnscapeBroad experience across various project types and phasesInterest in expanding knowledge of design trendsWhat This Role OffersOpportunity to work on diverse multifamily and mixed-use projectsDirect collaboration with Principals and Senior DesignersProfessional growth across all project phasesEqual Opportunity EmployerMVE + Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
