These positions assist with course upkeep, guest services, and general facility operations to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for golfers and visitors. Essential Functions1. Starter / RangerFocus: Maintain a smooth flow of play and a positive atmosphere.Key Tasks: Ensure groups start exactly on time, manage the pace of play, and provide a personable greeting to every guest.Requirements: Strong understanding of golf etiquette/rules and the ability to professionally handle disruptive customers.2. Driving Range / Cart WashingFocus: Maintain our fleet and practice facilities.Key Tasks: Clean, stage, and park power carts; operate the range picker and wash/restock golf balls.Requirements: Must be dependable and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.3. Concessions / F&B / Beverage CartFocus: Hospitality and refreshment services.Key Tasks: Take orders and process payments at the register, prepare snack bar items, and provide on-course beverage service.Requirements: Excellent customer service skills; must meet age requirements for alcohol service (19+). QualificationsAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Ability to lift and move equipment and materials up to 50 pounds.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during the golf season.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
