Together, we combine agility with deep manufacturing expertise.Role SummaryScreaming Circuits is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the execution, performance, and continuous improvement of our marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on e-commerce growth and website performance.This role is responsible for translating our marketing strategy into effective programs, managing external marketing partners, and driving measurable business results. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, digitally savvy, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where experimentation, optimization, and accountability matter.Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce & Website PerformanceOwn marketing performance of the Screaming Circuits websiteMonitor and improve conversion rates, traffic quality, and user behaviorPartner with vendors to optimize landing pages, UX, and funnel performanceIdentify friction points and drive improvementsPerformance & Demand GenerationExecute and optimize digital marketing programs (paid search, SEO, email, etc.)Manage campaign performance against defined KPIsContinuously test and refine channels, messaging, and targetingDrive qualified leads and revenue growthMetrics & ReportingDefine, track, and report on marketing effectiveness and ROIBuild and maintain dashboards for key metrics (CAC, conversion rates, traffic, revenue contribution, etc.)Use data to inform decisions and prioritize initiativesClearly communicate insights to leadershipVendor & Program ManagementLead day-to-day coordination with external marketing agencies and contractorsTranslate business objectives into actionable marketing activitiesEnsure projects remain aligned, on schedule, and results-focusedEvaluate vendor performance and recommend improvementsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with key partners, sales, operations, and leadershipParticipation and support for relevant industry tradeshowsEnsure marketing supports business priorities and customer needsContribute to messaging, positioning, and go-to-market initiativesIdeal Candidate ProfileWe're looking for a pragmatic, results-oriented marketing professional who thrives in an execution-focused role.
