Job DescriptionAs a Dealership Detail & Wash Associate, you will be responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles to company standards and client specifications. This position requires a strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a customer-focused approach. Pay & Schedule:Pay Range: Competitive, based on experienceSchedule: Full and part-timeEssential Duties & Responsibilities: Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors following company standards and client requestsOperate automatic wash systems and vacuumsApply tire shine and other protective/restorative productsFollow all safety procedures when handling cleaning agentsInspect vehicles and maintain accurate records of their conditionMove and park vehicles as needed, ensuring proper placementProvide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and fulfilling client requestsRequirements: High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle recordStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsExcellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skillsPhysical ability to meet job demands, including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbsWillingness to comply with company policies and maintain service quality standardsAvailability to work SaturdaysPhysical Demands: Regularly walk, run, and stand for prolonged periodsHear audible alarms and voice commands in a noisy environmentUse hands and fingers to grip/handle objectsUtilize close and distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perceptionMaintain alertness and focus throughout an entire shiftBend, crouch, and move in and out of vehicles as neededLift and push up to 25 pounds with controlWorking Conditions: Work is performed both indoors and outdoorsExposure to extreme heat, cold, wind, rain, and humidity is possibleJoin our team and be part of a company that values quality, service, and growth!
