Our unparalleled quality and attention to detail can make the difference between and building and a landmark.As a Sheet Metal Superintendent you provide the necessary leadership to ensure that all projects are organized to insure the very best Customer Service, Quality Workmanship, Safety and Timely Productivity.Responsibilities:• Review project requirements with Project Manager• Preplan, coordinate schedule and manpower requirements• Inspect sites and ensure proper installation procedures are followed• Ensure crews follow safe work practices and are fully committed to Byrne Metals safety procedures• Provides day-to-day on-site supervision of all field staff including foreman, installers and subcontractors• Coordinates with Project Managers and upper level managers and communicates information to field staff• Provide information daily to help direct manpower in the most efficient, cost-effective manner• Report daily on progress of jobs• Responsible for the quality of the installed work and to make sure there are no deviations from the job specifications without approval.• Attend all kick off meetings and site meetings related to projectsJob Qualifications/Requirements5+ years of experience in the Architectural Metals Systems in a supervisory capacity within the Sheet Metal/Roofing/Construction IndustryLocal market knowledge preferredExperience installing and managing installation crews of the following crafts: Composite Metal Panels, Insulated Metal Panels, Single Skin Metal Panels, Perforated PanelsFirm understanding of all aspects of commercial wall and roofing construction, including reading plans and specificationsBilingual - Spanish (a plus but not required)Please submit resume:
