For the Baker, this means preparing high-quality baked goods from scratch or using approved recipes, maintaining consistent product quality, freshness, and presentation, and following all food safety and sanitation guidelines. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $18.00 - $26.10. At Adams, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation.
