Professional Land SurveyorDirect Hire OpportunityJob OverviewOur client is seeking to add a NEW Professional Land Surveyor to their growing team. This role is responsible for performing land surveying activities to determine property boundaries and lines, supporting transportation and land development projects through both field and office-based work.What You'll Be DoingAs a Professional Land Surveyor, you will:Utilize surveying equipment and measurements to accurately determine property boundaries and linesResearch property information through title documents, survey records, and land recordsPrepare and document property lines and plats for submission to local land use authoritiesPerform deed research and generate base maps using AutoCADComplete boundary calculations, analysis, and provide field support calculationsConduct research and analysis related to title reports, ROW/E, Land Title Surveys, topography, and mappingWhat You Bring to the TableThe ideal candidate will have:5+ years of professional land surveying experienceActive Illinois Professional Surveyor LicenseStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with AutoCADHigh attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaborativelyCompensation & BenefitsWhat you'll receive in return:Competitive base salaryProfit-sharing opportunitiesBonus potential based on both personal and company performanceSaige Partners, one of the fastest growing technology and talent companies in the Midwest, believes in people with a passion to help them succeed.
