The environment is a true blue-collar industrial shop where experienced maintenance professionals troubleshoot problems, fabricate solutions, and keep production running smoothly. You'll work closely with leadership while maintaining a high level of independence in diagnosing and repairing equipment. Job Responsibilities:Maintain and repair industrial plant equipment and machineryDiagnose electro-mechanical issues including motors, controls, and mechanical systemsTroubleshoot and maintain equipment with pneumatic operations and controllersRepair machinery used for operations such as bending, punch press, crimping, welding, and markingFabricate replacement components using the in-house machine shopMaintain supporting systems including ink printers, degreasing equipment, and testing devicesTravel 4-5 weeks per year internationally to support repairs at a secondary facility (company-paid travel)Required Qualifications:3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience combining mechanical and electrical workStrong troubleshooting skills with motors, controls, and plant equipment (up to 480v)Experience with PLCs or industrial control systems is helpful (Omron controllers)Ability to work independently and solve problems without step-by-step manualsComfortable fabricating or modifying components when neededPre-Employment Requirements:Employment will require completion of a background check and drug screen.#TalrooIndependence
