Position Overview: This role is a Specialist of our Inspirato Only International Land portfolio, where you will have the opportunity to support our hand-crafted experiences around the world, including working directly with Inspirato members and guests to plan memorable trips taken within our Inspirato Only collection. Key Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to: * Program Creation * Provide recommendations to enhance experiences through creative programming. * Program Organization + Management * Support day-to-day management of the International Land Experiences portfolio. * Ensure all documentation for programs is logged properly in Salesforce. * In partnership with leadership, understand and monitor terms and scope of contracts between Inspirato and existing partners to ensure deadlines are met as detailed in the contract(s). * Own the collection of all traveler details, ensuring all data points are accurately documented in the appropriate places. * Manage all traveler information list as required. * Own the creation and management of personalized Travefy itineraries for all travelers participating in each experience. * Collaborate on ideas that will benefit not only International Land experiences, but create efficiency, enhance processes, or otherwise benefit the Experiences team as a whole. * Financial & Operational Decision-Making * Pricing out transfers, tours, hotels, and extension costs to members with appropriate margins. * Reviewing invoices for accuracy and ensuring we are being charged correctly. * Managing appeasement and emergency budget decisions before, during, or after a program. * Emergency budget decisions (e.g., determining when to purchase critical items during unforeseen circumstances). * Operational decisions during the planning process that impact financials, including but not limited to: Catering, gifting, florals, transportation, special entertainment, and enrichment elements. * Leadership & Representation * Hosting and leading programs independently as a specialist. * Conducting site visits on behalf of the company/department. * Making decisions on program modifications or cancelations based on site visit evaluations. * Team Collaboration & Process Improvement * Collaborate on ideas that will benefit not only International Land experiences, but create efficiency, enhance processes, or otherwise benefit the Experiences team as a whole. * Communication * Team inbox management. * Manage planning calls, emails, and all communication with members. * Respond to PRs. Assign to team as necessary. * Work with Care/Sales teams to answer questions and address program-specific needs of members. * Assist with the creation and maintenance of internal resources for Care/Sales teams. * Work with vendors as needed and assigned by leadership. * Support Onsite Team * Travel to assist onsite for program execution as assigned by leadership. * Provide support from Denver for the onsite team(s) when experiences are underway. To perform the job successfully, the following competencies would be advantageous: * Project Management - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all components of each task are properly presented, managed, and reported. * Problem Solving - Ability to solve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully and efficiently; and work well in group problem solving situations. * Communication - Ability to communicate effectively, professionally and in a concise manner, both verbally and in writing. * Adaptability - Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands; change approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events, appreciates opportunity to adjust and adapt with growing business. * Flexibility - Things move fast and change quickly at Inspirato; being agile is a key to your success! Preferred Experience: * Experience in CRM systems such as Salesforce. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office operating systems. * Experience working with tour operators, vendors, and external suppliers. * Previous experience with event/project management. * Luxury travel industry knowledge and background, specifically in experiential travel. What We Offer: * Compensation - $60,000 - $68,000 We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training and experience related to scope of responsibilities. * Paid Time Off: Accrues each pay period, totaling 15 days annually, plus nine paid holidays. * Core Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, and disability coverage. * HSA/FSA/Commuter Benefits: Pre-tax savings and spending plans, including employer HSA contributions. * 401(k) Plan: Eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) retirement plan. * Dynamic Office Culture: We believe in the value of connection - both with our members and each other. After one year of employment, you will be eligible for one three-to-four-night stay per calendar year at an Inspirato property, subject to availability and program terms.
