Toolmaker - Plastic Injection Molding Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Toolmaker specializing in plastic injection molding repair to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing injection molding tools and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality of production. This role is first shift M-F. Key ResponsibilitiesRepair and maintain plastic injection molding tools and equipmentTroubleshoot and resolve issues with injection molding processesRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsPerform quality control checks on tools and molded productsConduct routine maintenance on injection molding equipmentCollaborate with production teams to optimize tool performance and efficiencyDocument repair processes and maintain accurate records of work performedQualificationsProven experience as a Toolmaker in plastic injection moldingStrong knowledge of machining processes and techniquesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExperience with quality control processes in manufacturingExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with maintenance procedures for injection molding equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.BenefitsPTO, 401k, health benefits
