Multi Family Superintendent

Position Overview: The Multi-Family Superintendent is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all multi-family construction projects. The Superintendent will work closely with the project team to manage all aspects of the construction process, from pre-construction to post-construction.Key Responsibilities: The Multi-Family Superintendent is responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:Coordinating and scheduling the work of subcontractors and suppliersEnsuring that all safety standards are met and followedMonitoring and supervising the progress of the construction workInteracting with clients, vendors, and subcontractorsResolving any conflicts and issues that may arise during the construction processProviding updates to the project team on the progress of the construction workPreparing and submitting reports on the status of the projectQualifications: To be successful in this role, the Multi-Family Superintendent must possess the following qualifications:3+ years of experience in multi-family construction (apartments, condos, etc)Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and subcontractor managementAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBenefitsPTO/HolidaysPotential Bonus401KComprehensive Healthcare Options
