We've also been named one of the best companies to work for in Texas!Average Day on the Job:As a Lead Member Service Representative, you will open new accounts and IRAs, loan maintenance and processing, and conduct teller transactions. You will act as the manager-in-charge in the absence of the Branch Manager. You will train and oversee member service representatives and teller staff (as assigned). Answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure members are promptly and professionally served. Actively cross sell credit union services. Act as a member service representative and/or teller as needed.Work Schedule:This is a 40 hour per week, full time position, with rotating Saturdays.
