You'll play a key role in shaping how Pabst brands show up in culture - turning moments, trends, and creative ideas into content people actually want to engage with.This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that social media is both creative expression and a structured process. What You'll DoSocial Strategy and ExecutionOwn day-to-day social media strategy and execution across multiple brands and platforms, with a focus on Instagram and TikTokTranslate brand positioning and guidelines into culturally relevant, platform-native contentCreate and capitalize on earned media moments that drive conversation, relevance, and shareabilityBalance planned content with real-time, reactive opportunities tied to culture, events, and brand moments Content Development and ManagementPartner with internal teams and external creators to develop original, scroll-stopping contentManage content calendars across multiple brands and platforms, ensuring consistency, quality, and timelinessOversee asset creation, management, approvals, and versioning across brands and stakeholdersStay on top of platform best practices, trends, and algorithm shiftsInfluencers, Ambassadors, and PartnershipsCollaborate with celebrity influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors to extend reach and cultural relevanceSupport casting, briefing, and execution of influencer and creator partnershipsEnsure influencer content aligns with brand voice, legal requirements, and campaign objectivesTools, Analytics, and Platform ManagementUse social media management and analytics tools to schedule, publish, monitor, and report across brands and platformsTrack performance, engagement, and growth, translating insights into actionable recommendationsPartner with internal teams to align social KPIs with broader brand and business objectivesE-commerce and Channel IntegrationSupport social commerce initiatives in partnership with Pabst's e-commerce partnerIntegrate social storytelling with e-commerce moments, drops, and campaigns where relevantUnderstand how social content drives discovery, consideration, and conversionWhat You'll Bring3-6 years of social media experience, preferably with a CPG or culturally driven consumer brandDemonstrated success creating earned media moments on Instagram and TikTokExperience managing multiple brands, voices, and calendars simultaneouslyFamiliarity with social media management, publishing, and analytics platformsStrong understanding of influencer and creator ecosystems, including celebrity partnershipsComfortable operating in fast-moving, high-accountability environmentsHighly organized operator who can manage the details without losing creative ambitionStrong point of view on culture, content, and brand voice, balanced with openness to feedbackCurious, adaptive, and energized by the constantly evolving social media landscapeCollaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with brand, legal, sales, and external partnersAdditional DetailsThe salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 based on experience.
