Job Description

The Retail Marketing Manager owns retail activation and marketing execution across key accounts and DTC channels within Gibson's portfolio. This role drives growth and engagement by leading integrated retail marketing campaigns and collaborating closely with both Marketing and Commercial teams. You will champion retail initiatives that elevate brand presence and deliver impactful experiences.Essential FunctionsDevelop and execute retail marketing plans to support sales and brand objectives across both DTD and DTC channels.Collaborate with Category Marketing Managers to align retail strategies with category priorities and promotional calendars.Partner with key DTC channel stakeholders and Category Marketing Managers to develop internal retail marketing programs, including:Promotional activations (Gibson Garage and )In-store retail display initiativesDigital asset packages for aligned with Category Marketing Manager inputin-store event assets (Gibson Garage)Partner with Business Development Managers to develop joint marketing plans for key DTD accounts, including:Promotional activationsPerformance marketing programsIn-store retail displaysRetail event digital assetsDigital retail packages aligned with Category Marketing Manager inputManage CO-OP budget and execution of paid programs in partnership with the Commercial team.Work closely with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Category Planning, Category Marketing) to ensure cohesive campaigns across all touchpoints.Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for marketing materials and services.Ensure brand consistency across all retail marketing assets.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Required Skills/Abilities5+ years of experience in retail marketing or a similar role.Strong understanding of retail environments and consumer behavior.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Required Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.Preferred SkillsExperience with omnichannel marketing strategies.Familiarity with CRM systems and loyalty programs.Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
