This hybrid role supports core accounting operations and works closely with senior accounting leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional looking to build hands-on experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support within a collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & ReconciliationsPrepare and record journal entries in accordance with accounting standardsAssist with monthly and quarterly account reconciliations across multiple financial areasSupport revenue tracking and prepare related reconciliation reportsPerform routine cash and payment reconciliationsAudit & Reporting SupportAssist with gathering documentation and responding to audit requestsSupport grant accounting, reporting, and reimbursement activitiesHelp maintain accurate financial records and supporting schedulesTeam CollaborationWork closely with senior accounting staff and leadership on financial processesAssist with special projects and financial reporting as neededSupport ongoing improvements to accounting processes and workflowsJob RequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required0-3 years of accounting or finance experienceBasic understanding of general ledger accounting principlesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems preferredAbility to manage deadlines and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong communication and teamwork skillsTo see a full listing of all our open positions, please visit: Recruiting is the region's premier recruiting agency with over 100 years of combined experience in the recruiting field.
