Description This position is available to be filled at any Huntington Corporate office location. Summary: The Enterprise Policy and Governance (EP&G) Team is responsible for establishment and oversight of and enterprise program for the management and implementation of policies and the effective management of committees. EP&G is seeking an EP&G Process and Tools Analyst to develop and manage the process and drive enablement and automation through tools. This is a senior level position that will manage complex and highly visibility work within Risk Management. The EP&G Process and Tools Analyst will provide advanced specialized consultative support for assigned business process and/or system(s) that are typically more complex and of a larger impact to the company. This position will be responsible for the management of solutions, gathering and applying feedback for process improvement, proactively driving automation and efficiency in the process to manage policies through their lifecycle and drive implementation through procedures. The results of this work will be identification of risk in a centralized, evidenced, comprehensive way to allow visibility and management through dashboards and automated reports. Duties & Responsibilities: + Maintains in-depth knowledge of one or more highly complex business processes and applications, requiring design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business + Analyzes existing processes and identifies technical or procedural improvements. Recommends business practices to optimize use of business process/system(s), based on trends, past program performance, and user feedback + Responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis, and documentation of future business requirements and fulfilling them through the process and tools + Partners with IT resources to meet the organization's needs through the satisfaction of business requirements through enterprise solutions + Support development of a process and tools roadmap and alignment of priorities to fulfill business objectives Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in scope of experience. + 5 + yrs risk management experience or audit at a medium or large financial institution + Process design or project management experience + Analysis, development, and/or testing of applications experience Preferred Qualifications: + Demonstrable technical skills and ability to learn technology + Ability to resolve problems independently, work with a sense urgency while maintaining close attention to details + Experience tracking and driving deliverables to completion + Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and team player + Experience in policy or procedure governance and implementation + Experience in a Business Analyst role, including experience eliciting and documenting requirements and producing process flows using Visio + Knowledge of the Archer GRC Platform + Knowledge of SharePoint and development of SharePoint solutions + Proven ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment with a high degree of multi-tasking + Proven ability to work in a team environment + Critical Thinker Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Compensation Range: $70,000-$140,000 Annual Salary The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
