POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Dishwashers to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment in a fast-paced luxury dining setting. From the success of MILA in Miami Beach to the expansion of AVA, CASA NEOS, and CLAUDIE, RDG is building a collection of destinations that offer more than a meal - they create unforgettable experiences.YOUR ROLEWash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area at all timesProperly sort and store clean dishes, utensils, and equipmentAssist with trash removal and recycling as neededReport any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the SupervisorFollow all safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environmentAssist with other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen ManagerWork collaboratively with team members to support a smooth, efficient kitchen operationThis is not an exhausted list of job responsibilities.REQUIREMENTSProficiency in English and Spanish for effective communicationAbility to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing 40-50 lbsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessBasic understanding of food safety and sanitation practicesAbility to follow instructions and take directionTeam player with good communication skillsFlexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
