CardVault by Tom Brady - Mobile Unit Manager

We are seeking an energetic and organized Mobile Unit Manager to lead our traveling retail and promotional experience. This role is responsible for managing our mobile activation unit at events, engaging with sports fans and collectors, and creating exciting content that showcases the hobby and our brand. The Mobile Unit Manager plays a key role in driving community engagement, promoting upcoming store openings, and creating memorable experiences at events, parks, sports complexes, malls, and other high-traffic locations nationwide. This is a travel-heavy position requiring approximately 60-75% travel throughout the United States. The role includes frequent multi-day trips to support events, community activations, and promotional opportunities in multiple markets nationwide. The Mobile Unit Manager will be responsible for operating a larger specialized mobile unit/van during events and activations. As Mobile Unit Manager, a typical day might include the following: * Managing all mobile unit activation tasks including setup, teardown, and day-of event coordination * Operating and maintaining the mobile retail unit, ensuring the truck and display areas remain clean, organized, and professional * Driving the mobile unit to scheduled events when required and ensure safe transportation of inventory and equipment * Supporting logistics by loading and unloading gear, organizing inventory, and preparing retail displays * Creating an exciting and welcoming environment for sports fans, collectors, and families * Running interactive activities such as pack battles, giveaways, and family-friendly games * Engaging with kids and collectors while explaining products, promotions, and hobby opportunities * Maintaining accurate inventory counts and track merchandise during events * Ensuring displays are well-organized and appealing to maximize engagement and sales * Capturing and producing social media content during events, including pack openings, crowd interactions, and recap videos * Highlighting the excitement of live activations to promote the brand across social platforms * Identifying and researching new local engagement opportunities such as parks, malls, sports complexes, schools, and community events * Helping to develop and maintain a mobile activation event calendar * Distributing promotional materials and communicating information about upcoming store openings and company services * Other duties as assigned This job might be for you if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet the following qualifications: * Ability and willingness to travel 60-70% of the time throughout the United States * Energetic personality with strong customer engagement skills * Passion and knowledge for sports, trading cards, or collectibles required * 2 years' experience creating social media content and or marketing background with crowd interaction * Strong organizational and inventory management skills * Ability to lift 50lbs and move event equipment as needed * Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate a branded mobile unit * Availability to work weekends, multi-day events, and flexible travel schedules * Mechanical experience is a plus Physical Demands / Work Environment / Hours The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
