Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prioritize user needs while representing the Voice of Customer on core teams.Support partner engagement activities to drive strategic growth.Assist in the creation and communication of product roadmaps.Contribute to go-to-market planning and execution for key upcoming launches.Experience RequiredMinimum of three years of experience in marketing, product management, or a related field within the medical device sector.Sales or sales support experience will be considered.Upstream marketing experience preferred.Skills & CertificationsStrong verbal, written, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, matrix environment.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.Analytical skills to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions in ambiguousEligibilities & qualificationsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree (required).Preferred Qualifications:Experience with connected, integrated clinical software solutions.Strong understanding of the medical device development process and phases.Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).Familiarity with the IV infusion pump market, business dynamics, and key stakeholders.
