Job Title: Field & Maintenance CrewEntity: Twin Creeks Sports ComplexReports to: General ManagerPay Rate: $19.50Location: Twin Creeks Sports ComplexAnticipated Start Date: February 2026Availability: Part TimeOverview:As a member of the Field & Maintenance Crew, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the complex at Twin Creeks.Responsibilities:- Maintain facility assets, including buildings and equipment.-Inspect all structures and surfaces for player and fan safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance.- Assisting with field setup, trash removal and various tasks essential to the operation of the complex.-Helping to maintain all aspects of the facility's infrastructure, including artificial turf fields.-Helping spot and report maintenance issues around the complex - from HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigating, turf, landscaping and paved surfaces.-Supporting other departments, including operations, food & beverage, and retail, when needed.-Absorb training and demonstrate the initiative, desire, and drive to help uphold the values established by the Twin Creeks Sports Complex name and brand.- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.- Ability to have reliable transportation to be at work as early as 6am & stay as late as 12am.- Outstanding customer service skills.- Must be able to follow instructions given by any full-time staff member.- Valid driver's license.Qualifications:-High School diploma/GED.-Prior work experience or an interest in a career in Facilities or Grounds Maintenance.-An outgoing, friendly personality and excellent communication skills.-Strong initiative and high-energy.-Strong detail-orientation.-Ability to problem-solve.-Good time-management skills.-Ability to workdays, nights, and weekends.
