For more information, click here.Role reports to:Manufacturing Support ManagerLocation:North America, United States, Pennsylvania, Fort WashingtonWork Location:Fully OnsiteWhat you will doThe Manufacturing Associate is responsible for operating production equipment, interpreting instructions, checking product quality, maintaining equipment, and troubleshooting minor production problems:Key ResponsibilitiesOperate manufacturing equipment and machinery to produce high-quality productsFollow standard operating procedures to ensure safety and efficiency in the production processPerform quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards of quality controlCollaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processesMaintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold regulatory standardsOperate production equipment to produce subassemblies or finished products in accordance with established specifications and guidelinesAssist in setting up equipment and conducting quality control inspections of products on the assembly lineClean and maintain equipment regularly to ensure optimal performanceNotify supervisor of any maintenance or repairs needed on equipment promptlyPrepare accurate records/documentation related to work in progress and report production problems as necessaryPlan, prepare, issue, and control production schedule and material requirements to ensure smooth flow of approved material timed to meet production planFacilitate the implementation of the production plan and take corrective action for daily operational problems within the departmentOversee the performance of wage personnel and ensure department quality and safety compliancePlan and direct the administration and implementation of assigned projects for the development, manufacture, marketing, and sales of the company's productsStudy the need for improvements of existing processes, systems, and equipment, and undertake optimization to increase efficiency and quality while reducing costsAssist in contract negotiations with suppliers and respond to routine problems independentlyThis role is to work night shift- 6pm-6am rotating 12 hour shifts on the 2-2-3 scheduleWhat we are looking forRequired QualificationsHigh School/Secondary Education or Equivalent2-4 years related experience in manufacturing or a similar fieldStrong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructionsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environmentAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced production settingExcellent interpersonal skills, high energy level, and good communication skillsAbility to work independently with high responsibility and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize and multitask with attention to detailRelevant product experience preferred with a good track record on achievementsStrong Internet and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to meet strict deadlines for customer deliverables with a flexible and adaptable attitude for a dynamic and demanding work environmentDesired QualificationsPrior GMP experienceWhat's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$41,225.00 - $58,200.00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.Competitive Benefit Package*Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesKenvuer Impact NetworksThis list could vary based on location/region*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
