Our talented staff of more than 650+ professionals deliver integrated planning, design, engineering and construction solutions.Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for 2 Project Inspectors to assist with our projects in either Shaker Heights, OH OR Middleburg Heights, OH! Key ResponsibilitiesInteract with project partners such as clients, contractors and stakeholders.Read and interpret project plans and specifications.The inspector will report to the project engineers and report on contractor activities.Follow applicable QA/QC procedures.Measure, calculate, and determine all quantities of assigned work and / or installed materials.Report any deficiencies in the contractors work to the Project Engineer or Project ManagerPrepare Daily Inspector's Reports using various software such as Word, AASHTOWare Project (AWP) and Appia Skills, Knowledge and Expertise1 - 7 years of experience in Transportation Construction, Inspection, and Engineering (Preferred but not expected with the entry level)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with Microsoft Office Tools, capable in math and writing skills.
