Job Title: Revit Integrator / BIM Data Specialist Job Description A consulting organization specializing in engineering and information management is seeking a Revit Integrator / BIM Data Specialist to support the integration of design models into enterprise information and asset management environments. This role focuses on ensuring Revit models are structured, governed, and usable across the full project and asset lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a Revit professional who enjoys working beyond pure design-connecting BIM data to downstream systems, improving data quality, and supporting large, complex projects across multiple industries. Responsibilities + Integrate Autodesk Revit models into document management, engineering data, and asset information systems. + Configure and maintain Revit standards, templates, shared parameters, and families. + Ensure models meet project naming conventions, classification standards, and metadata requirements. + Support model coordination and structured handoff between design, construction, and operations teams. + Align Revit model data with enterprise information governance and lifecycle requirements. + Support data validation, quality control, and migration of legacy and active Revit models. + Assist with development of procedures for managing engineering and asset information. + Ensure Revit deliverables are compliant with client standards and long-term retention needs. + Collaborate with engineers, BIM teams, and information management professionals. + Provide technical guidance on best practices for Revit data structure and integration. + Support system configuration, testing, and implementation efforts. + Contribute to documentation and training materials as needed. Essential Skills + 3+ years of professional experience working with Autodesk Revit in an engineering, construction, or asset-intensive environment is preferred. + Strong understanding of BIM data structures, families, shared parameters, and model coordination. + Experience supporting information management, document control, or engineering data workflows. + Ability to translate technical design data into structured, governed information. + Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Background in engineering, construction management, information management, or related disciplines. + Familiarity with regulated or asset-intensive industries (energy, infrastructure, government, manufacturing). + Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hillsboro, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
