MS Senior Customer Engineer

Akkodis is seeking an MS Senior Customer Engineer for a Contract with a client in Newark, DE. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in laptop imaging and deployment, a key qualification for ensuring seamless end‑user support. Rate Range: $30/hour to $34/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. MS Senior Customer Engineer job responsibilities include: * Configure, image, and deploy laptops for new and existing end users. * Provide onsite technical support and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. * Perform Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) activities as required. * Serve as a primary point of contact for user queries and technical assistance. * Collaborate with IT team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. * Maintain accurate documentation and update tickets using IT service management tools. Required Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in IT or related field preferred. * 1-3 years of hands‑on desktop or laptop support experience. * Proven experience with laptop imaging, configuration, and deployment. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide effective onsite technical support.
