DONOR AND VOLUNTEER ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Dream Centers of Michigan (DCOM) is seeking a relational, organized, and mission-driven Donor & Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to help cultivate meaningful connections with those who support and serve our ministry. This role works closely with the Executive Director to ensure donors and volunteers feel valued, engaged, and connected to the life-changing impact of Dream Centers programs.The coordinator will assist with donor communications and appreciation, help plan fundraising campaigns and events, and recruit and support volunteers who serve in a variety of outreach initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate donor acknowledgements, appreciation efforts, and engagement experiencesSupport annual fundraising campaigns and donor eventsRecruit, onboard, and support volunteersCoordinate volunteer scheduling and placement with program teamsAssist with planning and logistics for fundraising events and campaignsQualificationsBachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Experience in donor relations, fundraising, volunteer coordination, or event planning preferredStrong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and build strong relationshipsAbout Dream Centers of MichiganDream Centers of Michigan exists to bring hope, practical help, and the love of Christ to individuals and families facing systemic challenges.
