1st Shift Operator

Summary: Multi-disciplined operator to run production processes utilizing robotic equipment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Perform BGA deballing/reballing following in house process methodsManually load matrix trays with tweezers for machine presentation and use.Translate customer specifications and drawings.Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.Other Duties & Responsibilities:Maintain safe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules keeping work area in a clean and orderly condition.Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies.Perform other related duties as assigned, cross training in other areas of the production floorFollow cleanroom and other environmental precautions and procedures as required.Tools and Equipment Used:Inspection tools and equipmentMeasuring equipment, such as calipers and comparatorMicroscopeOperate Robotic equipment Education/ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED1-3 years of experience preferredCompany provided on the job training.
