About the team PICO is the XR (Extended Reality) department of ByteDance. Founded in March 2015, PICO is a leading XR company with independent innovation and R&D capabilities, focusing on the XR all-in-one technology. PICO's Marketing and Sales Department is the core driver behind the global layout of its XR products. It fully oversees the brand building, product sales, retail expansion, user services, and various marketing operations of PICO products in the global market. At the headquarters business function level, it integrates multiple professional modules, including the Marketing Team, Sales/GTM Team, Retail Team, After-Sales Service Team, as well as frontline teams covering regions such as China, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. This organization is accountable for the commercial success of PICO products. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the establishment and management of the north America team. 2. Undertake north America market insights research, formulate north America market strategies that align with the actual conditions of the market, and ensure the achievement of business objectives. 3. Guided by business objectives, collaborate on the localization adaptation and implementation of the headquarters' market operation policies. 4. As the head of the north America consumer business team, coordinate with the compliance department, assist in completing relevant external compliance work, and take direct responsibility for the compliance of subordinate team members. 5. Maintain relationships with senior executives of clients and key media outlets. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields. 2. Experienced in the consumer electronics/FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry, and at least 3 years of team management experience. 3. Possess practical work experience in frontline regional markets, be familiar with promotion channels and policies; capable of launching marketing activities and sales initiatives targeting different promotion channels, and coordinating resources from all parties for implementation. 4. Demonstrate strategic holistic thinking, keen insight and forward-looking vision. Have strong ability to execute strategies. 5. Be reliable and highly responsible, with strong resource integration capabilities; have practical experience in successfully leading the responsible business team to achieve a "from 0 to 1" breakthrough in the market in previous work experience. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience and understanding of virtual reality (VR)/augmented reality (AR) products is preferred. 2. Have relationships with mainstream online/offline retail clients in the consumer electronics sector.
