OSS RAN Engineer/SME - (1098.2)

Tech Mahindra Network Services has opening in Philadelphia, PA for OSS RAN Engineer/SME. * Seeking for OSS RAN SME with15+ years' experience with OSS and different vendors including Ericsson, Nokia and Samsung. * Familiar with KPI's calculation and retention policy for the different KPI's * Work with OSS vendor to define RAN-related OSS processes and data flow (e.g., related to PM, FM, CM) Test vendor OSS releases for PM, FM, and CM. * Define OSS-related processes for Comcast for RAN-related data (PM, FM, CM). * Verify the KPI's calculation using the vendor counters Able to create different dashboard (management, engineering…etc.) Creating a detailed use cases for different requirements Defined the retention policy for each KPI's Job Requirements Experience * Have a previous experience on the RAN vendors OSS platform and understand the different counters. * Understand the different OSS deployment (Cloud Vs VMware) Good understanding of the CBRS band is a plus Professional Experience * Superb communication skills * Ability to extract scoping/feature requirements from non-technical teams Analytical ability to sift through data and extract actionable next steps Confidence to invent new efficient processes
