POSITION SUMMARYThe Electro-Mechanical Technician (EMT) is a key part of keeping our facilities running. That means handling preventive maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing project work, and helping less experienced techs when needed. It's hands-on work every day across a wide range of systems and equipment. If you like variety and solving problems with your hands, you'll fit in here.SHIFTS4 AM - 12:30 PM12 PM - 8:30PM8:00 PM - 4:30 AMESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSComplete scheduled work orders and preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systemsRespond to equipment breakdowns and get production back on trackHandle project work including welding, fabrication, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and lightingLog work in the CMMS and help maintain parts inventoryInspect equipment and building systems for safety and qualitySpot inefficiencies and suggest improvementsHelp train newer technicians as neededStep up and lead the team when supervisors aren't on shiftQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or technical/vocational certification requiredAt least 3 years of hands-on maintenance experienceWorking knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsSome experience with welding, fabrication, or carpentryComfortable reading electrical diagrams and equipment manualsAbility to troubleshoot independently and see problems through to a fixABOUT THE COMPANYFounded in1888, Lee Kum Kee, a Hong Kong-based global food company, specializes increating condiments and sauces that promote Chinese cuisine worldwide.
