A full-time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) position is available in Fort Myers, FL, serving multiple elementary schools within the local school district. This role offers the opportunity to work on-site across two schools each week, providing support to students with speech and language needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50-55 students. Collaborate with Speech Language Pathologists and school staff to implement individualized therapy plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress. Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary efforts to support student communication development. Qualifications and Experience: Active Florida Department of Health SLPA license is required. Experience working with school-aged children is preferred. Previous fingerprint clearance for work in Florida schools is necessary. Candidates must verify fingerprints through the AHCA Clearinghouse or complete new fingerprinting as required. Ability to work on-site full time, up to 37.5 hours per week, across assigned schools.
