Job DescriptionA fast-paced residential design studio in Alpharetta is seeking an Architectural Designer with strong experience in single-family home construction documents. You'll support a growing design team by producing detailed drawings, updating redlines, and creating construction-ready documentation using AutoCAD. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in production drafting and understands residential building practices from the ground up. Projects include single-family homes and townhomes-no commercial, mixed-use, or multifamily work.What You'll Do:• Produce construction documents for residential homes using AutoCAD• Translate design details into accurate, buildable drawings• Pick up redlines and support architects across multiple active projects• Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment What You Bring:• 3+ years of residential (single-family or townhome) construction document experience• Strong AutoCAD proficiency (Revit not required)• Residential homebuilding knowledge preferred• Degree not required if experience is strong Compensation & Details:• $60K-$80K salary (DOE)• Location: Alpharetta, GA 30005• Schedule: M-F, flexible start (7-9 AM); primarily onsite• Occasional overtime; minimal travel• Business casual environmentThis is a direct-hire opportunity with a stable, well-established residential design team and immediate hiring need.Meet Your RecruiterJacob Perry
