This role is designed as an entry point into a long-term, high-earning sales career. You will learn our proven sales system through structured training, hands-on practice, and real customer interactions.This position is ideal for individuals who want to move into a full-time sales role in the future. Our full-time representatives routinely earn between $80,000 and $150,000 per year, and top new trainees often close three to five deals per week once fully trained.As a Sales Trainee, you will work in-office, in partner retail stores, and at local events to generate qualified leads while developing fundamental sales skills.Responsibilities Attend in-office sales and script training sessions (Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.) Answer incoming calls, greet walk-in customers, and manage CRM records Engage homeowners inside partnering big-box retail stores to schedule qualified sales appointments Represent Re-Bath at weekend home shows and community events as needed Learn the full sales process and, once trained, begin running your own appointments during evenings and weekends RequirementsHigh energy, outgoing personality, and a willingness to be coached Strong motivation to grow into a full-time sales role Reliable transportation to travel to Lowe's and similar retail locations within approximately 30 minutes of the office No previous sales experience required; comprehensive training is provided BenefitsPaid Time Off Sales Bonuses On-the-Job Training Growth Opportunities
