If you're data-obsessed, relationship-driven, and excited by the intersection of creator culture and performance marketing, this role was built for you.What You'll Own:Affiliate Program ManagementOwn the full affiliate lifecycle: sampling strategy, outreach, onboarding, and ongoing communicationsManage sample requests and fulfillment tracking to ensure efficient, intentional allocationBuild and maintain strong relationships with affiliate creators across our rosterData & AnalyticsTrack key program metrics including samples sent, GMV per sample, GMV per affiliate, and content outputBuild and maintain reporting dashboards to surface insights and inform program decisionsUse data to prioritize which affiliates to invest in, scale, or sunsetContent Pipeline SupportIdentify top-performing affiliates and surface content opportunities for the growth and performance marketing teamCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure affiliate content feeds into paid media and growth strategiesStay current on TikTok Shop trends, creator best practices, and platform updatesWhat We're Looking For1-2 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, influencer/affiliate marketing, or a related field (internships count)Analytical mindset - you're comfortable in spreadsheets and love turning numbers into decisionsStrong communicator with a natural ability to build relationships and represent a brand wellSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership without being askedFamiliarity with TikTok Shop, TikTok creator culture, or affiliate marketing platforms is a plusPassion for beauty, wellness, or consumer brands is a bonusWhy This RoleThis isn't a coordinator role that stays a coordinator role.
