In this role, you will assemble and test electronic and mechanical components following standardized work instructions. You'll work with microscopes, computers, and precision tools to ensure high-quality production.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble components according to standardized work instructions and drawingsTest electronic/mechanical assemblies requiring strong hand-eye coordinationRead and understand manufacturing drawings and SOPsInspect electronic parts for qualityMaintain a clean and organized work area (5S)Follow all safety proceduresUse microscopes and basic computer systemsSupport continuous improvement effortsPerform other duties as assigned by the Team LeaderQualificationsMinimum 1 year manufacturing experience (soldering/assembly preferred)High school diploma or GEDMechatronics/Electronics certification preferredAbility to follow quality standards and work instructionsStrong attention to detail and reliabilityIND30
