For our Bus Operations Department.Recruiter Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to create and implement recruitment strategies for immediate impactFamiliarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitmentHighly organized and methodicalAt least two years of previous relevant recruiting experienceExperience in recruiting CDL Drivers preferredExperience in recruiting CDL Motor Coach / School Bus Drivers highly preferredUnderstanding of 19A Certification Experience in recruiting hourly employees Recruiter Responsibilities:Develops, facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment processDesigns strategic recruiting plan that effectively communicates and supports the department’s needs, company's mission and it’s strategic visionCollaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteriaIdentifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organizationScreens applications and selects qualified candidatesAbility to work in-office M-FRecruiter Benefits:Competitive Starting Pay - $25.00 to $30.00 per hour with the potential to earn performance bonus (terms apply)Employee Benefits Package includingHealth InsurancePaid VacationPaid Sick Days Powered by JazzHR
