Job DescriptionRole: Tech Lead (Java SpringBoot)Software Engineer/Tech Lead - Microservices & Real-time Systems (Java/Spring Boot/AWS)The RoleWe are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in developing and maintaining our solutions deployed on AWS. This role will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and integration of real-time systems using Java, Spring Boot, and other modern technologies.Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Implement and integrate with AWS cloud services for infrastructure, scalability, and performance optimization. Experience in deploying services using CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Develop and maintain well-documented REST APIs for seamless communication between microservices and external systems. Experience integrating with mobile applications and other third-party APIs. Participate in the design and development of real-time systems for efficient data processing and responsiveness. Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product) to ensure project success. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code adhering to best practices. Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the software development landscape.Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on backend development. Proven experience with Java, Spring Boot, Database, and microservices architecture. In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda) and experience with deployment strategies. Experience with REST APIs and API design principles. Experience integrating with mobile applications and/or third-party APIs a plus. Demonstrated ability to develop and manage real-time systems. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Compensation, Benefits and DurationMinimum Compensation: USD 48,000Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.This position is available for independent contractors.No applications will be considered if received more than 120 days after the date of this post.
