Job DescriptionRole: Tech Lead (Java SpringBoot)Software Engineer/Tech Lead - Microservices & Real-time Systems (Java/Spring Boot/AWS)The RoleWe are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in developing and maintaining our solutions deployed on AWS. This role will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and integration of real-time systems using Java, Spring Boot, and other modern technologies.Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Implement and integrate with AWS cloud services for infrastructure, scalability, and performance optimization. Experience in deploying services using CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Develop and maintain well-documented REST APIs for seamless communication between microservices and external systems. Experience integrating with mobile applications and other third-party APIs. Participate in the design and development of real-time systems for efficient data processing and responsiveness. Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product) to ensure project success. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code adhering to best practices. Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the software development landscape.Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on backend development. Proven experience with Java, Spring Boot, Database, and microservices architecture. In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda) and experience with deployment strategies. Experience with REST APIs and API design principles. Experience integrating with mobile applications and/or third-party APIs a plus. Demonstrated ability to develop and manage real-time systems. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Compensation, Benefits and DurationMinimum Compensation: USD 48,000Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
