We are looking for a Business Manager in Richmond, Virginia to join our team! This position will report to the Senior Director of Marketing.Primary Duties:Achieve annual client Volume PlanAchieve annual EURPAC revenue objectives by client, fiduciary responsibility to Eurpac ESOPResponsible for learning and maintaining intimate knowledge of the military resale systemBe the "Single Point of Contact" for all brands managed in your portfolio for client, field and customerDevelop marketing plans for the military resale customer to maximize:DistributionMerchandisingPromotionSupport the field by creating and communicating sales aids/materials to sell marketing plansScope: WorldwidePrincipal Responsibilities:Manage marketing efforts of principals to aid Field Sales in the achievement of annual volume goalsProvide sales input relative to the marketing plan for the purpose of achieving annual volume goalsPlan, develop, communicate and evaluate promotions and product introduction for all assigned principals.Maximize speed to shelf objectives for EURPAC, dist. Setup, sell sheets, allocation goalsBuild strong relationships with buyers and assigned principalsPenetrate and build relationships above Buyer and Military managerDevelop, on an as needed basis, category reviews and reclaims for all assigned principalsAssist manufacturers in the development of shelf schematics pertinent to military commissariesPlan couponing strategies and coordinate distributionAssist in the development of the most efficient delivery system, including if appropriate, a distributor networkMonitor competitive activitiesAssist field sales in maximizing individual or region volume opportunitiesDevelop and coordinate regional and customer specific marketing plansDeCA and Exchange specificConus and OConus specificManage clients' internal systems in relation to promotional planning, trade funds and trading volume goalsRequested special project - ensure all assigned special projects are value added, enhance EURPAC strategies and a reasonable time line is setCoordinate preparation and maintenance of distribution and pricing in focusManage and operate within the established operating and marketing budgets, trade receivablesCreate and maintain client scorecard to reflect agreed to objectives of client and EURPACBe an industry participantSpecial projects and other tasks that may be assigned as needed.Working Relationships:Peers and senior leadership both within EURPAC, DeCA and assigned clientsResponsible for managing marketing assistantSkills Required: Strong skill set in oversight and direction of promotional tactics and analysis of those tacticsAnalytical and communication skills to accurately communicate findingsMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer)Willing to travel nationally and internationally as required and approved within budgetMust be willing to relocateCollege degree, minimum of a BS degreeWell-Developed interpersonal, organized, multi-tasked, team player, creative, sense of urgencyKnowledge/Exposure to Nielson, IRI or any other 3rd party data baseEURPAC SERVICE, INC. maintains a drug-free workplace.
