Oracle Cloud HCM Core Functional AnalystDuration: 3-6 month contract to hireLocation: Remote, but must live in one of the following states: OH, WV, PA, MD, NJApex Systems is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Core Functional Analyst to join our Oracle HCM Configuration team. This fully remote role focuses on supporting and enhancing the Oracle HCM Core module, including Redwood upgrades, Journeys, and transactional workflows. You'll play a key role in solution design, business process analysis, configuration, validation, and deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and document business requirementsPerform hands-on configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM CoreLead functional testing, client training, and knowledge transferCollaborate with technical teams to define and test system extensionsFacilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Support post-deployment issue resolutionQualifications6+ years of hands-on configuration and implementation experience with Oracle Cloud HCM CoreStrong hands-on experience with:Oracle Cloud Core configuration and integrationRedwood, Journeys, and Transaction WorkflowsProficiency in SQL and/or advanced ExcelExperience supporting enterprise IT systemsExperience with additional HCM Cloud modules (Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits)Strong communication and client-facing skillsProven ability to lead fit-gap analysis, CRPs, and training sessionsWorkforce modeling knowledge is nice to haveBachelor's degree in related field (must have)Required Skills : Must have Skills: • Oracle HCM CORE HR / Core HCM • Redwood • Journeys Transaction workflows Not looking for a developer.
