About the job Outside Sales Representative Job Title: B2B Outside Sales Representative (Door-to-Door)Department: SalesLocation: Oklahoma (100% outside sales, field-based)Employment Type: Full-TimeCompensation: Base Salary ($45,000-$60,000) + Uncapped CommissionReports To: Sales ManagerSummary:A growth-focused company is searching for a high-energy, self-motivated B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive new business with small-to-medium-sized organizations across multiple industries. This position is a ground-level, door-to-door sales role with no inbound leads or preset appointments, and responsibility for prospecting, pitching, and closing rests with you. Candidates must excel at walking into businesses unannounced, creating instant rapport, uncovering pain points, and selling solutions that impact their bottom line.Key Responsibilities:Cold canvass daily, knocking on 5080 business doors per dayQualify prospects on-site quickly using BANT (budget, authority, need, timeline) methodologyDeliver compelling, value-driven presentations and demonstrations via physical demos, tablets, or marketing collateralClose deals in a single call whenever possible, securing contracts and signaturesManage your sales pipeline: log all interactions in CRM (ConnectWise), schedule follow-ups, and nurture ongoing opportunitiesConsistently achieve challenging quotas: meetings booked, demos delivered, and revenue closedEffectively overcome objections (too busy, happy with current provider, send me an email) using proven rebuttalsBuild ongoing micro-relationships, turning initial visits into referral sources or long-term accountsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience (door-to-door strongly preferred; backgrounds in payroll, merchant services, uniforms, waste management, etc. welcome)Documented proven track record in a pure hunter role (no inbound lead flow provided)Thick skin and comfort with a 90%+ rejection rate and high-volume cold calling/walkingExceptional verbal communication and active listening skills; can grab attention in 30 secondsSelf-starter with reliable transportation; ability to walk 24 miles/dayClean background check and valid driver's license requiredIdeal Candidate Profile:Previous success as a copier, payroll, merchant services, or telecom sales hunterThrives in unstructured environments; independent and disciplinedCompetitive athlete or military background a plus (brings resilience and discipline)Resides within 30 minutes of the sales territoryTo Apply:Interested candidates should submit a resume along with a summary of relevant B2B outside sales accomplishments for confidential consideration to doug.halve@
