Job DescriptionA Successful Estimating Candidate:Knowledge and understanding of design of Air Condition & Heating systemsAbility to multi-task, self-motivate and handle multiple projects at one timeReviewing project plans and specifications to understand the scope of work and project requirements.Developing cost estimates based on the scope of work, including materials, labor, and equipment.Collaborating with project managers and other team members to identify opportunities to reduce costsConducting site visits to gather information and assess project requirements.Communicating with subcontractors and vendors to obtain pricing and availability information for materials and equipment.Preparing and submitting bid proposals, including detailed cost breakdowns and project timelines.Requirements2-5 years' experience Construction estimatingMust have excellent Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Word and ExcelProven ability to work closely and efficiently with clients and co-workers in a professional, business environmentBenefits
