Industrial PainterPay: $28-35/hr.Shift: 2ndDescription:Cannonball Recruiting is seeking a 2nd shift Industrial Painter who possess strong mechanical knowledge and have a background in industrial painting, construction painting, or auto painting. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with precision measuring instruments and various tools. The Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our operations.Qualifications:Previous experience in industrial painting, auto body repair, or construction paintingProficiency in welding, machining, or mechanical knowledge is a plusFamiliarity with different types of paints and application techniquesJob Duties:Ability to use industrial paint equipment.Previous experience using High-Volume Low-Pressure paint guns.Knowledge of paint pressure pot systems and/or powder coating systems.Ability to read and understand paint Instructions/specifications to meet customer requirements.Ability to interpret blueprints.Maintain and clean paint equipment.Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primersMix and match paint to desired colors and texturesApply paint using various methods such as brushes, rollers, or spray gunsInspect painted surfaces for quality and touch up as neededOperate and maintain painting equipmentFollow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environmentBenefits:Health Insurance (vision, dental & medical)Company-paid long term disability / life and AD&D Insurance PoliciesYearly allowance for Safety Shoes / Prescription Safety GlassesPaid Holidays401k ProgramHealth Care FSAEmployee Referral Bonus Program
