This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to a collaborative team while gaining broad exposure across accounting, reporting, and process improvement.Responsibilities:Perform month-end close, prepare journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliationsRecord and manage fixed assets, including depreciation and tracking schedulesReview and post customer invoices, cash receipts, and sales commissionsPrepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports, assisting with audits as neededSupport procurement with historical pricing, trend analysis, and cost trackingAssist with tax filings, including sales tax and 1099sIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracyProvide backup support for other accounting team members and ad-hoc financial projectsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3+ years of accounting experienceStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standardsProficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applicationsDetail-oriented, organized, and analytical, with ability to multitaskBilingual English/Spanish preferredOn-site in Gardena, CAJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
